Austintown,
Our precious mother, Pearl Kennedy‐Tablack, passed peacefully, on Saturday, Feb. 10, 2024, leaving this world a much better place for having been in it.
Pearl was born Oct. 12, 1931, in Elwood City, Pa., to Gabriel (Harry) and Antonina Repella Kiddon, and moved to Struthers in 1941.
Pearl was a junior high and senior high Wildcat cheerleader (she was proud of that) and graduated from Struthers High School in 1949.
She faithfully ministered in the Mahoning County jail and JJC for over 50 years, touching the hearts of many and was often recognized when out in public by someone whose life she had positively affected.
Her beautiful spirit remains within and beside all those she loved. Pearl leaves behind three daughters, Mary Annette Noble of Seabrook, South Carolina, Cathy (Robert) Domico of Struthers and Cindy Wick of Austintown; eight “wonderful” grandchildren, Justin (Yan), Josh, Jeremy, Robert Jr. (Gina), Angela (Joe), Ashley, Steve (Michelle) and Chase; and 14 “even more wonderful” great‐grandchildren that she was wild about, Ellianna, Julia, Katelyn, Dylan, Dominic, Olivia, Athena, Luciano, Vincenzo, Anthony, David, Jonathan, Nissa and Naomi.
In addition to her parents, and her husband, Robert Tablack, Pearl was preceded in death by sisters, Mary (Francis) Liposky, Ann (Joe) Sheeler, Olga (John) Bilas, Vera (Esotto) Pelligrini and Joyce Pratt; and three brothers, John, Michael and Steve (Ann).
Mom loved to eat out and go shopping. She enjoyed flashy clothes, crazy shoes, and jewelry.
In her younger years, her travels took her to the Holy Land; Petra, Italy; France; Russia; and Egypt, where she rode a camel!
“Mom, your memory is a treasure we will hold in our hearts forever. We love you!”
Per her wishes, private services were held on Feb. 15, 2024.
Arrangements are handled by Kirila Funeral Home, Struthers.
